Yellow Lights + Ellis Update

We have switched our status update to Yellow on our home page.  We are considering new projects at this time.

Ellis is moving along.  The home buyer had an inspection and the inspection found some issues that we are addressing.  Of course, we are going to use the repairs as a negotiating tool to renegotiate the purchase price, if possible.  Nothing too major, but items that need to be addressed none-the-less.
