We have a small window over the next ten days to get some framing done on Hazel Street. Hopefully this will help us move past all the initial weather and site delays. However, it looks like the next seven or eight days will suck after tomorrow.
This is where patience meets frustration, on one hand. (We just watched an entire house get 60% framed over the weekend in a new neighborhood by us. We left and when we came back...voila! This is on top of watching a larger house directly behind our own home come out of the ground & get roughed in over three weeks.). On the other hand, we "get" the weather thing. One of our grandparents was a carpenter who married his bride on "the first available rain day." Autopsy to follow. Stay tuned.
