HVAC

The Ellis property's HVAC went South on us -no pun intended.  So, we witnessed a new system go in to Ellis over the holiday weekend.  These are the breaks of the biz if you are going to rehab.  This took a pretty good return down to an average return.  No worries.  Onward and upward.
