Slight Delay

Moreland is slightly delayed as we wait for the inspection permits from the city of Durham. If getting into the renovation game, this is one carrying cost that should be on the list -although a lot of renovations will not require permitting. Those that do, can be quick and easy, or slow and painful. Check with the local authorities in your area on what is required.

None-the-less, our great realtor has a fantastic sign in front of the house now, and we are gearing up for listing day.
